Pricing
How much does custom software cost?
It depends entirely on what it needs to do. Often the smartest move is to start with the one process that hurts most, build that well, and grow from there.
The price mostly depends on:
- the number of features and types of user
- connections to your existing systems
- how much existing data needs to move
- security and compliance requirements
- whether we start with a smaller first version
After a short call we send you a fixed, written quote. The price doesn't change unless the project does, and if it does, you'll know before any work happens.

Why not just use an off-the-shelf tool?
Often you should, and we'll tell you if that's the case. Custom software makes sense when ready-made tools force you to change how you work, or when you're paying for five tools that each do a fifth of the job.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually, yes. We'll look at what you use on the first call and tell you honestly what can be connected and how.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. We usually suggest a first version that solves the biggest problem early, then build on it. You'll get an exact timeline with the proposal.
Who owns the code?
You do, all of it. It comes with documentation a new developer can follow, so you're never locked in to us.
What happens after launch?
We watch it closely during the first weeks, and offer hosting, maintenance and new features on a monthly plan. Or we hand it over to your team.
