How much does it cost?
AI projects work best in small steps. We usually start with a short prototype that shows whether the idea works on your real data, and only then build the full version. That keeps the first step small and the risk low.
The price mostly depends on:
- how complex the task is and how accurate it needs to be
- how much data is involved and what shape it's in
- connections to your existing systems
- privacy and security requirements
- usage volume, which drives the running cost of the models
After a short call we send you a fixed, written quote. The price doesn't change unless the project does, and if it does, you'll know before any work happens.

Frequently asked questions
Will it make things up?
Language models can, which is why we design around it: answers based on your own documents, sources shown, clear limits on what it answers, and a person involved when the stakes are high. We measure accuracy before launch, not after.
Is our data safe?
We choose providers and settings that don't use your data for training, keep only what's needed and design with GDPR in mind. For sensitive data, open-source models on your own infrastructure are an option.
Do we actually need AI?
Maybe not. Sometimes a simple rule or a better search solves the problem faster and for less. If that's the case, we'll tell you on the first call.
How long does it take?
A first prototype is usually quick. The full version depends on what the prototype shows. You'll get an exact timeline with the proposal.
What does it cost to run?
Models are billed per use, so running costs depend on volume. We estimate them up front and design to keep them sensible.
